A package shows how many lessons are used and how many are left, and your student sees the same count. Paid by bank transfer or cash? Mark the invoice paid outside the app — no spreadsheet to keep.
Send a card-payment invoice straight from a student's page, prefilled from your rates. Card payments run through Stripe on your own Stripe account, so you're the merchant of record: the money is yours, and VerbalGerbil never sits in the middle of it.

Do my students need to sign up?
Only through you. You send each student a personal invite link; they use it once to create their space and then sign in. There is no public student sign-up.
Can I keep using Zoom or Google Meet?
As a spare, yes. Lessons happen in the built-in video room — that is where the recap, worksheets and flashcards come from. If a call ever lets you down, you can move that one lesson to your own Zoom or Google Meet link; it just won't get AI notes.
Who sees the recap VerbalGerbil drafts?
You see it first. You have two hours to change or untick anything before it goes to your student — or save the wrap-up sooner yourself.
Can parents follow along?
Parents asking how it's going? The recap is the answer, every session — shared automatically two hours after the lesson, and yours to change.
Is it only for language coaches?
