Beyond pay-per-lesson, you can bill with prepaid packages or monthly plans — and, once a student saves a card, charge it automatically under the rules you set.
A fixed price for a set number of lessons — for example, $240 for 8. Set it under Make it yours, or as a custom rate for one student.
Each completed lesson counts down the student's remaining balance, visible on their Billing tab and in their portal.
When a package reaches its last lesson or runs out, the student sees a renewal prompt in their portal.
One-tap renewal only appears once the student has a saved card.
A flat price per month rather than per lesson — set it under Make it yours or as a student override.
Monthly students aren't billed per lesson and don't carry a remaining-lessons count — their month is already paid.
A monthly student's month arrives as an invoice on their billing date, sized from the lessons their standing day covers, minus anything already paid ahead. There is no separate auto-pay switch — their portal's Payments page shows the next bill before it is raised.
Saving a card authorizes charges for completed lessons and for late cancellations/no-shows billed under your policy — nothing else.
A pending charge shows on the student's Billing tab for a 2-hour grace window before it hits their card.
Appears only while a charge is scheduled.
One tap during the grace window cancels it — the student is never notified, and nothing is charged.
The waive control shows only while a charge is pending.
A declined charge retries after 24 hours, then 72 hours, then flags you to follow up — no silent repeated attempts.
The button shows the exact package size and price before they confirm.
Confirming charges the price shown, exactly — if your pricing changed since the button rendered, the charge is refused rather than mismatched.
The new lessons land on their balance right away, and the payment appears in your records automatically.
